Online training Onboarding

In a clear and motivating lesson, Daan and Jacco managed to keep the participants' attention. They ensured a good balance between theory and practice and there was sufficient room for interaction with the group. This made you think and real situations were involved, good tips were given, I gained good insights and the importance of good onboarding for every organization was discussed. The lesson also served as a good motivation to invest time in the preparation of an (even) better onboarding.
